Program Instalment

As a consequence of the lack of space and in order to make a much quicker download, the file has been inserted in a "zip" file. You must have the Winzip program to decompress the file. If you do not happen to have it, you can obtain it right here "Winzip".

In order to use the program Colpos Data 4.0, you have to previously install the MDAC2.6. program. This program can be found in the zip file, included in this web site.

To download these programs, follow this steps:

1- Click on the name of the file: Colpos-Data v.4.0

2- When the dialogue window appears select ¨save as¨

3- Select the directory where you would like to save the file. Once accepted, the program will start to download. The time taken to download the program will depend on the type of connection used.

4- Once the download process has ended, execute the file from the directory where it was previously saved. The winzip program will automatically open (you don't need to be connected to the Internet for the following steps).

5- In the winzip program make a click on the extract button, which is in the program bar, and finally choose the directory in which you wish the programs to be decompressed.

6- Once the programs have been decompressed, you will find two folders: ¨Colpos Data¨ and ¨ MDAC2.6¨. You will have to install in the first place the MDAC2.6 program. To do this you must double click on the "Mdac_typ26.exe" file which you can find in the "MDAC2.6" folder, above mentioned, and follow the instructions that appear on the screen.

7- You must then install the Colpos Data 4.0 program. To do this, you must double click the setup.exe file, in the "ColposData" folder.

8- When executing the file, the installation program suggests you to install the program in the route ¨C:program files\Colpos¨. Do not change this route and click the icon for installation. The program asks you for the name of the group of programs. Click continue. The file copying process will then begin.

9- Once finished a message of correct installation will appear. The program is therefore installed.

10- To enter the program click on the "start" button and select: Programs, Colpos 4.0 and finally COLPOS.
